By using Habarify you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be 16+.
Acceptable use
No illegal content, hate speech, spam, scraping, or attempts to break the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Your content
You own the content you create. You grant Habarify the licence necessary to host, display and process it for the service.
AI outputs
Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing before publishing.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Refunds are at our discretion for the first 7 days.
Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
